Terms & Conditions for Bookings

Deposits are required for all bookings, unless arranged otherwise with us directly. Deposits are payable within 24 hours of booking. Deposits are 50% for bookings longer than 1 night. Full upfront payment is required for single night bookings. Deposits are non-refundable, unless the reserved period is re-let, in which case a 10% cancellation fee applies.

We are a non-smoking establishment, with smoking permitted only in the garden and on the patios and balconies. We are only able to accommodate children over 12 years of age. Please be aware that we have 3 small dogs.

Right of admission is reserved to the person/s detailed on this booking. Visitors are permitted by prior arrangement with the owners. Visitors are only permitted until 9 pm each evening, unless arranged otherwise with the owners. Any persons not registered who do stay overnight without prior arrangement will be charged for at the full single rate, such charge being added to the registered guest's account.

The owners of 10 Woodlands Road B&B and Self Catering would like to draw your attention to the fact that they do not assume any responsibility of or liability for any valuables or property that you may have on your person or in your room, and that should you lose any such valuables or property, while staying at 10 Woodlands Road B&B, whether by virtue of an act on your part or on the part of the owners, whether negligent or not, the owners shall not in any way be liable for the recovery or replacement of such lost valuables or property.
